  • Now, Type %AppData%\discord in the address bar of Windows Explorer and press Enter
  • Double click on Cache folder
  • Here, you need to delete all the files from the folder.
  • Now, hold the CTRL-key and then press A (CTRL + A) after that you need to press Delete.
  • Here, you need to go back to Discord folder and then Double click on Local Storage folder.
  • At last, you need to delete all the files from this folder by pressing the CTRL + A and press Delete to confirm any additional prompts

  • Reboot
  • When the system is rebooted, reinstall Discord.
